Data we process
When you contact us, for example through the contact form, we may process your name, contact details, organisation and the content of your message. In our products, we process the account, business and transaction data required to deliver the service the customer has ordered.
Why we process the data
We use the data to answer questions, provide quotes, enter into and perform agreements, give support, administer accounts and payments, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the situation, processing is based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.
Sharing and subcontractors
Data is shared only when needed for the service or when required by law. This may include providers of hosting, email, payments and financial administration. Payment details may be processed by Stripe and Swish, among others. We never sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose, the customer relationship or our legal obligations. Accounting records are kept as required by the Swedish Accounting Act. Data belonging to a customer account is handled in accordance with the customer agreement and applicable instructions.
Your rights
You can request information about your personal data and, in some cases, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, or object to the processing. Contact us at hej@tekapo.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
