What kind of property owner is Tekapo Fastighet suited to?

The system is built for small and medium-sized private property owners, managers and housing cooperatives that want an understandable system without enterprise complexity.

Can tenants report faults from their phone?

Yes. Tenants log in to the tenant portal, describe and photograph the problem and submit the case. The caretaker sees it straight away in the case queue.

How do I log in?

Administrators log in with a Tekapo account (Tekapo ID). Tenants get their own account in the tenant portal. BankID is not supported today.

Can I create rent notices and track payments?

Yes. You create notice batches from notice templates and follow each notice from sending to payment status.

Can the system be connected to the accounting?

The system produces year-end data and exports for handover to finance. There is no direct integration with any accounting software today.
